Energy Management Systems and provide Capital and Tenant Improvement Supervision.
Legal and Credit Services
Real Business Guide's Credit Services division provides Resident and Tenant Credit Review as
well as Delinquency Collection. Our legal services include Eviction Review and
Management that implements a diligent policy to minimize loss and retain resident
tenant relations.
Human Resources
Real Business Guide specializes in Personnel Recruitment of Property Managers,Community
Managers, Assistant Managers, Leasing Consultants, Maintenance Technicians, Painters,
Custodians, Porters and Groundskeepers that will provide superior customer service to
our clients' properties and to the residents and tenants.
